You’re ready! Start a new weekly inspiration. Come?
The Weekly Inspiration format is an excuse to stimulate your passion for photography and invite you to participate, every week, with a photo of your creation.
- In the new Weekly Inspiration format.
- I’ll give you a weekly photo that will inspire you.
- To participate.
- You’ll need to take an “inspired” photo somehow in the proposed photo.
- It doesn’t have to be exactly the same.
- But to be linked or inspired by the proposed week’s photo: you can use the same theme.
- The same type of theme.
- Or photograph another theme and other theme but imitating the same set of lights.
- For example.
- The photograph will be valid as long as it is clear that it is inspired by the proposed photograph.
- In terms of technique.
- Composition or subject matter.
- Otherwise it would not be valid.
The themes will be offered on Thursday and the deadline for the photo will be online will be one week, until the following Thursday when I propose a new call with a gallery of images that I liked the most, and an exceptional among all those in the gallery. In addition, I will upload a new photo that will be the image that will serve to inspire you during this week. You’ll have until Thursday (with the weekend in between) to capture your image (only one per participant), give it a title and download it.
We offer you several ways to upload your photo to our weekly inspiration channel, remember that the idea is to upload only one photo per participant and only in one of these ways:
Here are some of the photographs that have been sent to you these days. Enjoy!
This week’s featured photograph belongs to our assiduous challenger Marcela Granero and is titled “Aires de Altura”. A photograph clearly inspired by our proposal, but with completely different touches. While the inspiring image invites calm, it encourages action. An image with a care, staged. Its author was very good at taking advantage of the light, this type of hard light is not valid for all photographs and is not always easy to handle, however, Marcela managed to handle it perfectly and put it in his favor to accompany the attitude. of the model, provocative, blunt, saying “here I am, ready to face everything that comes my way” The diagonal lines of the railing and those of the woman’s body also convey this tension and this force. Like moving hair that accompanies the action. The composition is also very careful, as well as the focus and depth of field. In short, a beautiful and very inspiring photo! Congratulations Marcella.
For next week I leave you this impressive portrait, this time, although it’s still a portrait, we turn around at 180, but is it?Look at the light, the expression, right now, if last week’s portrait was all planned, it’s improvisation, so you can work and enjoy two completely different ways of taking pictures, both equally valid and with results that can be wonderful. I can’t wait to see it!
