You’re ready! Start a new weekly inspiration. Come?
The Weekly Inspiration format is an excuse to stimulate your passion for photography and invite you to participate, every week, with a photo of your creation.
- In the new Weekly Inspiration format.
- I’ll give you a photo every week that will inspire you.
- To participate.
- You will need to take an “inspired” photo of the proposed photo.
- It doesn’t have to be exactly the same.
- But it’s related or inspired by the proposed photo of the week: you can use the same theme.
- The same type of theme.
- Or photograph another theme and theme but imitating the same play of light.
- For example.
- Any well-crafted photograph will be valid as long as it is clearly seen that it was inspired by the proposed photograph.
- In terms of technique.
- Composition or thematic.
- Otherwise.
- It would not be valid.
The themes will be offered on Thursday and the deadline for the photo will be online will be one week, until the following Thursday when I propose a new call with a gallery of images that I liked the most, and an exceptional among all those in the gallery. In addition, I will upload a new photo that will be the image that will serve to inspire you during this week. You’ll have until Thursday (with the weekend in between) to capture your image (only one per participant), give it a title and download it.
We offer you several ways to upload your photo to our weekly inspiration channel, remember that the idea is to upload only one photo per participant and in just one of these means:
Then I leave you with a summary gallery of the photos you sent this week:
I hesitated before choosing the photo of the week because the author is the same as the one chosen two weeks ago, Pablo Ferrazzano. So I thought that not highlighting her photo for that reason, when it was the one I liked the most, was not fair. If I could not choose the same author for two (almost) consecutive weeks, that would also demotivate those who chose not to participate again in a certain time, so yes, the fairest thing is to choose the photo that most catches my attention. regardless of the author. . In this case, it is “From my sky”. You used the same perspective (above) as the featured photo as inspirational, and that’s the highlight of this image. The distortion of the lines is due to the fact that you used a wide angle, but you can tell that you took great care to make them as straight as possible. And that is appreciated, because being the main lines is an important point. I was struck by the depth of the image, the sensation of falling. I also liked its sharpness (I have a weakness for very white photos, surely if you follow us for a long time you will have already noticed it;)) and the harmony of the colors. It is an image that, despite the “vertigo” of the height, calms down. Very successful to include both themes as a focus in an orderly composition. If you look closely, the line of the rusty facade draws your gaze towards them, like an arrow pointing towards them so that your brain interprets where it needs to direct attention. Congratulations Pablo!
I love this photo, I wanted it to inspire you for what it counts and for its composition, you can be inspired by lyrics, three-band composition, natural framing, blue, reading, lines or trains. This image of a lot of yourself, right, are you already thinking about what inspires you?Come on, take your camera! Your photo might be the highlight of the week.
