Weekly Challenge 99: Look what I found

Remember when you weren’t above the subway yet and the small height and you were all innocent and naive and you found something that you thought was wonderful and ran to show it to your parents?Well, this week, I challenge you to get this moment of magic and illusion back.

Every week I will propose a new challenge, it is a topic that you will have to capture in photo and upload it to the Facebook page of the blog by putting in the description the keyword that I will indicate for each topic. Topics range from portraits to macrophotography, landscapes, black and white photography, or babies. The themes will be offered on Saturday, so you have the whole weekend to work. You’ll have one week to upload your photo (one photo per participant), until Friday of the following week. Friday or Saturday I will update the article with the photo that most captivated me and propose a new theme, and so on?

  • In this challenge.
  • I would like you to show us in the hands of those who choose something that you find special.
  • Something that you find on your photography walk.
  • Something that has fallen in love with you aesthetically or that corresponds to the landscape that you so that these images are attractive It is important that you take care of the backgrounds.
  • The colors (which are in harmony) and that you work with depth of field so that you can highlight (if you want).
  • What you want to show us and what you will become the center of interest of your photograph.

If you think you need someone to give you a hand and you don’t have anyone, I’ll tell you that this excuse doesn’t work for me, better if you find a charitable soul that serves as a role model to focus your photography task, but if that’s not possible, I remind you that you have two hands and that with one you can hold the camera and shoot and with the other show us what you’ve “found”. Sounds like a difficult task, but that’s not the case, do you have the sample here?I’m sure you’ll do much better!

As usual, to participate in this week’s challenge, upload your photo to the Facebook wall of the Photographer’s Blog: In the photo description thank you for mentioning the keyword?Challenge Look what I found? Followed by a title of your choice.

For those who are not from Facebook, I have enabled the participation of new social networks.

Good picture

After seeing so enthusiastically the objects you sent me, I would like to show you this little gallery with some examples, do I hope you enjoy it as much as I do?

Eva Cardona Cendán’s image is the one that captivated me the most. It is a simple image, like the innocent spirit of a child that flies freely, without prejudice, without social norms. “When We Were Kids” transmits so much with so little! Eva played with depth of field to perfection, completely blurring the background, just enough to feel the sea and sky, and leaving the ship completely clear, to give her all the advantage. There is nothing in the image that stands out chromatically, that gets in the way. Everything is in perfect harmony, the sky, the water in the background, the hand, the boat? They sail in marvelous harmony in the light of a soft sun that counteracts the cold of blue to bring the childlike warmth that makes photography fall in love. I want to sail in this little boat, like when I was a child and I put my dreams in the paper boats that I launched into the sea, wishing they would travel the oceans living great adventures, avoiding storms and resting on placid desert beaches. Like life itself, in a wave of waves to sail and seas to explore. Bravo Eva for this beautiful and endearing image! Thanks to you and the rest for participating one more week.
