How many photos do you have with your baby or toddler other than a cell phone selfie?I dare say little. Photography enthusiasts tend to photograph everyone, but are we rarely the protagonists? Are we going to fix it today?
Every week I will propose a new challenge, it is a topic that you will have to capture in photo and upload it to the Facebook page of the blog by putting in the description the keyword that I will indicate for each topic. Topics range from portraits to macrophotography, landscapes, black-and-white photography, or babies. On Fridays topics will be offered, so you have the whole weekend to work. You’ll have one week to upload your photo (one photo per participant), until Thursday of the following week. On Thursday I will update the article with the photo that most captivated me and on Friday I propose a new theme so that you have all weekend to capture your images, etc.
- With today’s challenge I want you to put into practice the advice I shared in this article.
- You can photograph yourself with your baby or your little one.
- It’s about taking a beautiful photograph with your creature.
- Because as I said in at first.
- We are rarely the protagonists of the images.
- We are always behind the camera and those that are represented are other.
- But it’s a shame that time passes and your little one doesn’t have pictures in good condition with you.
- Yes.
- Many.
- On your cell phone.
- Surely a family member has done you kindly but in which you or you are probably excited.
- Blurred or so far away that you don’t even recognize yourself?.
Now it’s time to fix it. Forget your mobile to take a photo with your kids and put these tips into practice, then choose the one you like the most and share it with us. The photo presented will be because it is an image that conveys that filial love in addition to being technically correct Remember that it is a photography blog?Don’t let time run out!

Good picture
When I threw myself into this challenge I knew how difficult it could be, representing you is not easy, doing it with a baby further complicates the story, especially if you don’t have a baby, so we’ve extended the time limit. for a week, so you have enough time to prepare, to find one?or to choose a P. Et here we are, two weeks later with a very tender gallery. Thanks to everyone who participated and patiently awaited the next challenge, you’ll have it published tomorrow!
Among all these images that are tender, funny, friendly and above all full of love, I prefer Omar Mora: “Always behind the camera. ” If it is true that the objective was to see the father or mother in the photo, does it at least appear? even “behind the camera”, but this is our life, this is how we live our passion as photographers, behind. This time Omar used a mirror to appear in the photo and I understand that with a newborn baby like yours there is no time for everything! And to risk letting the baby climb the tripod is to die trying;), it is better to be safe as he did. But it is also that it did very well, since the photo is perfectly sharp, despite the use of a shallow depth of field to eliminate all the elements that were left in the scene and in the mirror. He’s not shaken either, and look how difficult it is if you hold the camera in one hand. Composition-wise, when using a square format, it is good that the parent and baby are centered and the blurred elements act as a natural frame. Black and white handles very well, and is used well, because there would probably be too many distractors in color. Too bad the resolution is so low because it makes you want to enlarge the photo and see your precious baby’s face in a big way, well done Omar, twice?
