Weekly Challenge 110: Back people

Does your back inspire you? Today I’m going to challenge you to seduce us with one, are you signing up?

Every week I will propose a new challenge, it is a topic that you will have to capture in photo and upload it to the Facebook page of the blog by putting in the description the keyword that I will indicate for each topic. Topics range from portraits to macrophotography, landscapes, black and white photography, or babies. The themes will be offered on Saturday, so you have the whole weekend to work. You’ll have one week to upload your photo (one photo per participant), until Friday of the following week. Friday or Saturday I will update the article with the photo that most captivated me and propose a new theme, and so on?

  • Sometimes it is better to suggest than to show.
  • In this way you let the viewer build a part of the story.
  • Cinema uses a lot this resource and photography.
  • So does his brother art.
  • This week you’re going to have to photograph someone from behind.
  • From afar.
  • Or up close.
  • Show the whole back or just a part (you decide when you want to suggest).
  • Can it be in a pleasant or inhospit environment.
  • In black and white or color? It doesn’t matter.
  • But it includes a return to your frame and remember that a good photo must have good composition and careful lighting.
  • Do not miss this important part when it comes to capturing your image and in addition to suggesting (not telling) a story.
  • Create a good photo that makes us do not want to look away from it.
  • Will you seduce us with your back? (and don’t forget to give it a title).

As usual, to participate in this week’s challenge, take your photo to the Facebook wall of the photographer’s blog: In the photo description, please mention the keyword?Challenging people on their backs? And follow a title of your choice.

For those who are not from Facebook, I have enabled the participation of new social networks.

Good picture

It’s amazing what work you’ve done this week!Funny, tender, fresh, suggestive, shocking, scary backs for all tastes and colors!I couldn’t resist and I made a gallery a little bigger than usual. I hope you like it.

The choice wasn’t easy at all, it never is, but there are days when it costs more because you have several favorites, but in the end Vane Vanuchi’s “A Hidden Wish” threw more. An image that looks like a movie frame, or the memory of a curious teenager? This is a truly suggestive photograph, by the natural environment in the form of a lock eye, by a sensual back that without showing anything suggests much. I love this fantastic light that seems to come from a side window and floods the whole room bathing the girl’s body, the contrast between the dark secret she expects outside and all the light and life that passes inside. The lock immediately focuses the look on the woman’s back and unleashes the imagination to invent what happens on the other side of the door. Congratulations, Vane, for the technique and soul of photography!
