As a commitment to the film industry, SLR Magic has developed anaMORPHOT-CINE SLR Magic lenses to deliver contrast, distortion, chromatism, chromatic aberration and reflections characteristic of old anamorphic lenses, but with the convenience of a set of matched lenses, without the problems. alignment and harmonization of the lens of the already popular Rangefinder SLR Magic thanks to the combination of the adapter.

The unique compression factor of 1. 33x uses the entire sensor/negative area 16:9 to get the desired 2. 35:1 image format. 1. 33 does this by compressing 33% of a wider field of view to adjust sensor width 16:9/negative without compressing the image height.
The MAGIC ANAMORPHOT-CINE 1. 33x SLR creates a unique “Artifact”, such as a horizontal parasitic light, commonly called anamorphic bands, and can create a slightly elongated bokeh.
