We announce it the day we renew the blog and today we get to work. With today’s release, we launched a new section we’ve called “Reader of the Month”. A humble way to say “MERCI” to everyone who follows the blog as VIP readers, such as fans on Facebook or Twitter, who support us with their active recommendations and comments. I’ve said it a thousand times: the photographer’s blog is nothing without you. So again . . . Thank you.
That’s why we’re launching this column with Ricardo S. Romon Villar, regular reader, commentator and follower of our articles, I was struck by how active he is in his comments (and how quickly they write them as well). Know more about blog readers, which led me to discover your facet of photographer, amateur yes, but with an impressive photo sensibility and eye.
- There are people who communicate with the animals but Richard does it with his camera.
- He perceives an AWESOME relationship and a fluid communication between him and his camera.
- Because he seems to guess with great precision what the child expects of it.
- And will he succeed? This is attested by the photographs that we publish below and that Ricardo has kindly ceded to us.
The 19-year-old Catalan studies mechanical engineering, photography with a Nikon D90 and maintains the very healthy habit of attributing to each of his photographs a famous quote.
Ricardo defines his taste for photography like this
“I love photography because it’s a way of trying to see things in the world differently, trying to appreciate every detail of the world, plus I like to go out for a camera ride in hand and music in my ears. I love conceptual photography, trying to make sense of my background images, which I help to see through a famous quote in each of my shots. “
I leave you with a small selection of his inspiring photographs.
