Love is this week’s theme. I challenge you to capture and transmit it. Love is in the air and you breathe? Can you show us?
Our Photoretum aims to encourage you to practice photography, encourage you every week to spend time with your camera and unleash your creativity while practicing and learning.
- The concept of Fotoreto is very simple: every Friday I will propose a new video photo theme.
- Sometimes I will show you an example of a photo to inspire you.
- Other times I will only give you a clue or a tip that can be applied when making the Photoretum.
Each time, you will have 7 days to participate in the Photoretum of the week in question, until the following Thursday. Upload it to your favorite social network (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or Flickr) once we have published the call and without forgetting the hashtag or tag corresponding to the Fotoretum in question. This week will be Photoreto6.
Each week, we select a winning photo. The photo author will get his favorite book from our BdF eBook library.
When you participate in the Fotoretum, we understand that you allow the photographer’s blog to publish your photo, under no circumstances do you give us your copyright, the author of the photograph and who maintains the exclusivity of the copyright is you.
I bring you our most affectionate challenge, this time it is love, the most classic, the couple, the cheese, the one that awakens the butterflies in our belly. Of course, I leave the door open in case you prefer to focus your art. to convey a different kind of love other than that of a couple, always as a central theme, of course.
The subject is clear, but the technique is free. Don’t you have an excuse to fall in love with your picture?.
When you upload your photo to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or Flickr with the hashtag Fotoreto6, we’ll review all the images you upload to all four platforms from this article.
I’m waiting for your picture
That there are many expressions of love, as you have made clear, just look at the varied images we have received, you can see them on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Flickr.
The winning photograph belongs to Vero Herrero and is as follows:
Although I was talking about romantic love when I called this photoreto6, I left the subject open because it goes too far and the point is that you practice it. Isn’t it putting obstacles in my plans? And I’m happy to have left more space because we were able to enjoy this magnificent photo.
There’s love. And a lot. It comes off with each pixel. I love the composition, with both sides in one of the points of interest and the rest of the negative space highlighting Grandpa and his baby. I love light, the way low key worked to add more drama without hurting tenderness. The contrast of the ages, the emotional gesture of Grandpa, the peace that transmits the baby, so safe and protected in his arms. Black and white is very successful in focusing the look on the story, without distractions. Pure feeling. No dyes. Congratulations Vero.
Tomorrow, a new Fotoretum, completely different and for all audiences, a photoretum that you will like to participate in and in which you will enjoy watching all the photos.
