Which mirrorless camera is Samsung’s latest flagship? the NX30? it is without doubt your most enthusiastic camera. As the compact camera market continues to decline, Samsung has focused its efforts on mirrorless cameras, and recent models like the NX300 show that Samsung’s products are quite competitive.
The Samsung NX30 camera uses the same 20 megapixel CMOS sensor, designed by Samsung, and the compact hybrid AF system that you have in the NX300 camera, but places it in an SLR-style body with an electronic viewfinder. Some of the most significant changes to the pre-NX30 Samsung NX20 camera include a removable and tiltable EVF, higher screen quality with Super AMOLED, improved video capabilities, and even more Wi-Fi features. Fi.

Other features include AutoShare (which sends photos to mobile devices when taken), MobileLink (sends a photo to four devices at the same time), and better integration with Dropbox. Can the NX30 also serve as a baby monitor (or surveillance camera)?something we’ve never seen before, for better or worse.

Although both cameras have SLR-type housings and are fully articulated, the NX30 has little in common with the NX20 that preceded it. It is taller and wider, but thinner, thanks to a refined ergonomic design. This ergonomics? With the thumb rest on the back. makes the NX30 more comfortable to hold. The NX30 also comes with a new 16-50mm motorized zoom lens kit.
Perhaps the most significant change to this design is the NX30’s new sliding aperture, with a tilting electronic viewfinder. To tilt the electronic viewfinder, you must move it away from the camera body. Once this is done, the screen can be tilted up to a maximum of 80 degrees, similar to the EVF on the Panasonic GX7. In terms of resolution, the NX30’s EVF has 2. 36 million dots.
The NX30’s video capabilities are competitive against other high-end mirrorless cameras. The NX30 can record 1080/60p movies with stereo sound and dual image stabilization (optical and electronic). The camera has a microphone input and manual audio level adjustment. Fans were happy to know that the NX30 can export uncompressed videos via HDMI output at 30p.
And finally, a nice bonus is that Samsung is making a copy of Lightroom 5 available, at least in the US and Europe.
