Today I bring you pictures of nature because it is a month to pay homage to all that is important to remember and above all take care of: forests, water and nature in general. It’s a month to remember that all life is suspended, including our own, that of our friends, our family, our pets, not to mention the species we threaten and disappear day after day.
This month and every day, let us remember that the Earth is not only ours, it belongs to all the living beings that populate it, and of those who happen to us, let us remember that step by step we are running towards a point of not Climate change is a reality that is no longer far away on the horizon. Coral reefs are disappearing, the Arctic is melting, deserts are rising and extreme temperatures are rising, we are losing habitable lands and countless species of animals and plants.
- It is in our hand.
- (yes.
- It seems that we are alone).
- With as many gestures as we can.
- To drive away this apocalyptic ending to which we approach step by step.
- It is in our power to leave our children a place to live.
- An air to breathe.
- Fertile land.
- An opportunity.
- Tomorrow is too late.
- So let’s fix TODAY.
- Because otherwise there may not be a tomorrow for those who will come later.
And in this small tribute that we want to do to nature, I propose a gallery of images that will make you love (even more if possible) nature, but first I would like to remind you of some topics and tricks or ideas, to express yourself photographically speaking 🙂 . Let’s go.
Light is everything, even in nature photography. Don’t let an extremely beautiful landscape distract you from the importance of light to capture it in your image.
The most photogenic hours are blue weather (just before sunrise and just after warm tones disappear after sunset) and warm or golden weather (immediately after sunset or just before sunrise).
Rain, snow, fog, these are no reason for you to run towards the car like a soul carrying the devil, they are reasons for you to protect your camera well and encourage yourself to put all the creativity that these moments can bring. your photos In bad weather, good face (and good photos;)).
Although it seems that landscape photographs are taken by themselves, the truth is that sometimes, the more impressive a view is, the harder it is to capture this immensity and beauty in a flat image.
Let’s not forget that we go from the three dimensions to the two, which means making an effort to transmit this three-dimensionality to our two-dimensional images, it is through composition that we avoid flat, non-scale, no depth or boring images.
Play with natural framing, reflections, depth of field, scale (p. E. g. , adding a human element to the landscape), perspective, perspective, lines, the law of the horizon or the rule of the thirds can help a lot in your compositions of landscapes or nature. .
Nature is not only great landscapes, they are also the small beings and the details that populate it, macrophotography is certainly a wonderful way to immerse yourself in it.
